Maine firm lands $31M chemical suit defense deal
The contract calls for Source for Native American Products LLC, of Belmont, Maine, to produce chemical protective suits for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Marine Corps, according to the U.S. Department of Defense. Defense Logistics Agency at the Defense Supply Center, based in Philadelphia, commissioned the work, which is expected to be completed by January 2008.
