What state of mind is the State of Maine in these days? It seems that Maine, or at least people from its largest town, Portland, have gone a bit crazy. The Portland School Committee, in a 7-2 vote, has instituted a program that will allow prescription contraceptive pills to be handed out on school grounds -- sans parental permission.
